Dealer FAQ
Who can apply to become a TorqueLane Auto dealer?
Businesses that already sell to or work inside workshops — tool distributors, garage equipment resellers, tyre wholesalers and established online retailers of shop equipment. Tell us what you sell today and where, and we will tell you honestly whether the fit is right.
Is there a minimum opening order?
Opening order levels are still being finalised. Any figure we share during onboarding is a draft until it appears in a signed dealer agreement.
Do dealers get exclusive territories?
We discuss territory on a case-by-case basis. We would rather have a few committed partners per region than an overlapping crowd competing on price alone.
Where do product specifications come from?
Every specification shown to dealers is taken from the manufacturer data sheet for that exact model. We do not round up, restate or invent ratings, and we ask dealers to quote the data sheet rather than paraphrase it.
Can I sell online as well as from a showroom?
Yes. Online, showroom and van-sales dealers are all welcome. We will share listing guidance so product information stays consistent wherever a customer sees it.
How do I start the conversation?
Email sales@torquelaneauto.com with your business name, the regions you cover and the equipment categories you are interested in. A real person reads every application.
