About TorqueLane Auto

TorqueLane Auto exists to get dependable automotive shop equipment into independent garages, tyre shops, fleet bays and serious home workshops — through local partners who know those workshops better than any warehouse ever could.

Why a dealer model

Buying a lift or a tyre changer is rarely a click-and-forget purchase. Workshops want to know the floor will take it, that someone can show them how it runs and who to call when a seal needs replacing.

That knowledge lives with regional suppliers, not in a call centre. So instead of competing with the dealers, resellers and equipment distributors who already serve garages, we supply them — and keep a small shop of our own for customers outside any dealer's reach.

How we work

P-01

Data sheets over adjectives

A lift or a jack is judged by what it is documented to do. We publish manufacturer data as supplied and leave the superlatives out.

P-02

Dealers first

The people who install, demo and service equipment locally are the best route to a workshop. Our job is to make them look good.

P-03

Terms in writing

Margins, lead times and territory belong in an agreement — not in a sales call that nobody remembers the same way.

P-04

A short, focused range

We would rather carry fewer lines of shop equipment done properly than a catalogue nobody can support.
